¡Mis swapetines ya están aquí! Ayer al mediodía cuando fui a almorzar (sí, soy de esas afortunadas que aún pueden almorzar en casa), encontré en el buzón el aviso de correos para que fuera a recoger un paquete que me remitía "Swapetines" (anda que no tiene guasa ni nada el Sr. Cartero). El aviso era del día anterior y no lo había visto porque había usado el ascensor desde el garaje la noche anterior, afortunadamente, claro, porque no hubiera podido resistir la impaciencia. Fuí a recogerlos inmediatamente antes de volver a la oficina, volví al trabajo y allí mismo lo abrí todo. ¡No podía esperar!
My swap socks have arrived! Yesterday when I went home for lunch, I found a note from the post service that there was a small packet for me from Swapetines. It had been left yesterday and I hadn´t seen it because I used the elevator to get home straight from the garage, which was just a lucky thing to happen because otherwise I would have been anxious all night. I went to the post office before returning to work and opened the small packet inmediately. ¡I really couldn´t wait to get home!

Y mi sorprendedora es... ¡Gatuca Guapa! Gracias, guapa, me han encantado. :) Me quedan perfectos y ahora mismo están en mis pies, pues no he podido esperar para estrenarlos y afortunadamente aún no hace tanto calor. La verdad es que el patrón me parece maravilloso y has acertado de lleno con mis gustos. Es más, es que mi hermana ya me ha exigido otro par exactamente igual al que me has enviado.

I love the pattern and you really guessed what I like. My sister has already demanded that an identical pair for her should be knitted by me.

Pero es que aún hay más, además de una tarjeta, Gatuca me envía un ovillo de 100% algodón Katia Jamaica, que mi hermana ha intentado reclamar para ella -sin éxito, claro ;) - y que, tras alguna duda, se convertirá pronto en un flamante par de calcetines.

Además, encontré un estupendo broche en forma de flor que me puse inmediatamente y que alegró mi sombrío atuendo de ayer.
